ADDITIONAL FUNDS DUE ON YOUR ARRIVAL
- $100 non-refundable cleaning fee for all stays.
- $100 refundable security/cleaning deposit
- $100 refundable fee per pet
- Deposit will equal either 50% of total stay, or one month's rent. Deposit will be applied to your remaining rent payment, or last month's rent, whichever applies.
- Security deposit and pet deposit are fully refundable. Refund amount will be assessed after your departure.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 45 days prior to move in date, 100% refund of received reservation deposit.
- 30 days prior to move in date, 50% refund of received reservation deposit.
- Less than 30 days, no refund.
- A $150 charge will be applied to ALL cancellations made less than 60 days prior to move in date shown on confirmation.
- Rental deposit does not secure the rental dates until the deposit check, traveler's check, or other payment instrument has/have cleared the bank/financial institutions. If at any time the rental hold deposit(s) is/are rejected by the bank/financial institution, the rental agreement will become null and void, and the property will be made available to other interested parties. This applies regardless of the date stated on the confirmation. If this situation occurs, it is the lessees responsibility to contact the lessor to create a new agreement for securing the rental property.
